I. Reasons for Balancer

1. The foundation on which the balancer is installed is uneven, the bottom joint surface is not padded, the anchor bolts are not tightened, or they are placed on the floor, causing resonance.

2. The bearing block of dynamic balancer is seriously worn or the runout of rollers is increased.

3. There is dirt on the support of the dynamic balancer without lubricating oil.

4. The left and right supports of the dynamic balancing machine are high and low, causing the rotor to move from left to right or the plane of journal to rub against the supports.

5. The output signal of dynamic balancer sensor is not normal.

6. The fastening screw at the movable parts on the support frame is not tightened.

7. Drive belt of balancing machine is not in conformity with requirements and has obvious seam.

8. The photoelectric head of the balancing machine is not aligned with the positive reflector paper, the mirror surface of the photoelectric head is blurred, and the position deviation of the photoelectric head causes the angle deviation.

II. Reasons for Workpiece

1. The requirement of correcting workpiece imbalance exceeds the ability of the balancer itself to reach the minimum remaining imbalance, i.e. the balancing accuracy of the balancer can not meet the requirement of workpiece balance.

2.The roundness of the journal at the bearing of the workpiece itself is not good and the surface roughness is too low. _Poor rigidity of the workpiece itself, resulting in mass deviation due to deformation during high-speed rotation, or movement or loosening of an unsecured part of the workpiece itself in rotating state.

3. The balanced rotor will vibrate obviously in actual use. This is not caused by unbalance of the rotor itself, but by high-order harmonics caused by ellipse of rotor bearing journal or difference of stiffness in rotor structure, vibration caused by electromagnetic excitation, influence of air eddy current generated by rotor with blades during rotation, resonance of the system, etc.

4. Frequent startup of other equipment connected to the power grid causes power fluctuation and noise or beat frequency interference due to the similar diameters of the roller and rotor journal of the support frame. The difference between roller diameter and workpiece journal size shall be greater than 20%.

5. It may be that the unbalanced process mandrel itself or the coaxiality error between the installation and support of the mandrel and the clearance error between the mandrel and the rotor that results in the unbalanced rotor when it is re-installed and calibrated or used again.

6.The actual working state of the rotor of the workpiece is inconsistent with that of the balance check.

7. When correcting the imbalance of the workpiece rotor, the position of the center of gravity which is heavier or heavier deviates from the corrected position shown by the balancer measurement.
