The hard support balancing machine has strict requirements for the foundation, generally requiring the quality of the foundation to be 20-30 times the maximum measured mass of the balancing machine. The balancing machine should be installed on a solid cement floor, preferably on the ground floor, and avoid being close to places where strong vibration sources such as punch presses and shear air pumps enter.
1. Installation requirements for small balancing machines
Because the weight of the measuring tool itself is very light, while the weight of the balancing machine itself is already very heavy, such as SA-2 (1.6KG), SA-4 (16KG), SC-3 (5KG), etc. equipped with balancing machines, can be directly leveled to make the balancing machine stable or fixed with expansion screws.
Customized by manufacturers of hard support balancing machines
Attention: If the ground is uneven, hard materials such as iron pads can be used to level it, and soft materials such as wood, cardboard, and plastic cannot be used to avoid affecting the measurement accuracy of the balancing machine.
2. The medium-sized balancing machine needs to be fixed with expansion bolts.
3. Large balancing machines have stricter requirements for the foundation, and it is necessary to excavate the foundation and fix it according to the foundation diagram provided by the manufacturer. The foundation requires a depth of 500mm and a length width of 100-150mm longer than the base of the balancing machine.
