When any rotor rotates around its axis, centrifugal force is generated due to uneven distribution of mass relative to the axis. This unbalanced centrifugal force acting on the rotor bearing can cause vibration, generate noise, and accelerate bearing wear, seriously affecting the performance and lifespan of the product. During the manufacturing process, rotating components such as motor rotors, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engine crankshafts, steam turbine rotors, gyroscope rotors, and clock pendulums all need to be balanced in order to operate smoothly and normally.
Correcting the imbalance of the rotor based on the data measured by the balancing machine can improve the mass distribution of the rotor relative to the axis, reducing the vibration generated during rotor rotation or the vibration force acting on the bearing to the allowable range. Therefore, balancing machines are essential equipment for improving quality in the mechanical manufacturing industry.
Huake Zhichuang Dynamic Balancing Machine shares with everyone the key points to pay attention to during the operation of the dynamic balancing machine:
1. After receiving the balancing machine from our factory, our company will send professional engineers to provide training, explaining the scope of application, performance parameters, and correct lifting, installation, operation, and maintenance of the dynamic balancing machine, in order to ensure the maximum efficiency and service life of the balancing machine.
2. Before using the dynamic balancing machine, it is necessary to check the sliding condition of the spare parts of the machine body and pass the self inspection program of the electrical measurement box.
3. When cooperating with the test, it is necessary to closely contact the test personnel and comply with the "Electrical Test Safety Operating Regulations". The oil stains around the test platform and motor should be wiped clean. Cross pit springboards, climbing racks, and ladders must be securely installed.
4. During balancing operations, if the balance of the unknown rotor is unknown, the lowest measurable speed should be selected to measure the imbalance, and then a higher speed should be used to check.
5. Flammable and explosive materials should be properly stored, not littered, and are strictly prohibited from approaching fireworks or high temperatures.
6. When cleaning bearings with flammable materials, it is strictly prohibited to approach with smoke and flames. The heating temperature of kerosene shall not exceed 60 ℃. The cleaning area must have good ventilation devices.
