Huake Zhichuang Dynamic Balancing Machine provides rotor and workpiece balance correction services. If you have a small batch of workpieces that need dynamic balancing or want to do balance experiments, please feel free to contact us. Workpiece balancing is charged based on the difficulty of balancing, such as rotor size, balancing accuracy, and method of adding or removing weights. The price can be negotiated and determined by both parties. Dynamic balancing machines are equipment commonly used by many mechanical manufacturers, so it is necessary to understand the precautions during operation.
1. Before operation, it is necessary to do a good job of cleaning, especially the rotor journal, rollers, universal couplings, and connections. When installing the rotor, it is necessary to avoid the collision between the rotor and rollers. After the rotor is installed, a small amount of clean oil should be added to the journal and rollers. It is strictly prohibited to drive without the rotor and universal couplings connected properly.
2. The size of the universal joint should be matched with the joint, and the processing of the joint should be prepared according to the specific situation of the workpiece. The shape should be symmetrical, and the weight should be light if the strength permits. The inner and outer circles of each gear should be concentric, and the fit accuracy with the workpiece should be H6/h6. The fit accuracy of the concave hole at the fit with the universal joint should also be H6/h6, and the concentricity should be ensured. The end face should be vertical to avoid affecting the accuracy.
3. Adjust the distance between the two swing frames and tighten them to fit the distance between the bearings at both ends of the rotor. Refer to the scale on the roller frame according to the size of the rotor journal, adjust the height of the roller frame, and tighten it.
4. Connect the workpiece to the universal coupling and tighten it, and adjust the stroke of the universal coupling to tighten the set screw to avoid axial movement of the workpiece.
5. The speed selection can be determined based on the weight of the workpiece, initial imbalance, and the drag power of the rotor. When the rotor weight is below 160 kilograms, high-speed can be used; 160 kilograms or more can be used at low speeds. If the initial imbalance of the rotor is too large or even affects the rotor's jumping on the support bearing, static balance should be performed first, and then low-speed calibration should be performed. Some rotors, although not heavy, have a large outer diameter or have blades that affect the drag power, low-speed calibration is also required.
6. After the motor is powered on, the "Start" button indicator light will light up, indicating that the machine has been powered on. If the universal coupling is connected to the rotor, that is, the limit switch SA1 is closed, and the speed change switch on the right side of the front of the vehicle has been set to high or low speed. At this time, pressing the "Start" button will enable the motor to drag the rotor to rotate. When parking, you can press the "Stop" button or directly press the brake handle on the right side of the front of the car, disconnect the limit switch SA2, cut off the power supply of the motor, and the handle will automatically reset after braking to connect the circuit for the next driving (otherwise it cannot be started again).
7. Improvement of measurement sensitivity - For light rotors with large diameters, during the balance process of low-speed operation, the sensitivity obtained through conventional adjustments will not achieve the possible high accuracy. At this point, it is best to replace the actual size of the radius with a fictitious value, which is one fraction of the true radius. At this time, the multiple of radius reduction is the multiple of reading value increase (for example, when the fictitious radius is reduced by half, the reading value should be increased by one).
8. After completing all the preparation work before starting, you can try pressing the start and stop buttons (click to start slowly) to check the axial movement of the workpiece, adjust the height of the left and right swing frames to ensure that there is no axial movement of the workpiece, especially for larger workpieces. It is important to carefully adjust the axial force to the minimum, so that the limit bracket can support it.
