When correcting the imbalance of the workpiece, there may be unstable measurement values of the ring belt balancing machine. The reasons are as follows:
1. The transmission rod of the vibration sensor of the belt balancing machine is loose or the vibration is obstructed.
2. The loose plug or socket of the vibration sensor wire of the coil balancing machine causes signal obstruction.
3. The jacking force of the axial stop frame of the ring belt balancing machine is too large.
4. The rotor shaft of the ring belt balancing machine is bent or has circular runout, and the smoothness is relatively poor.
5. Wear of roller bearings or excessive smoothness and runout of the outer circle of the roller.
