Vigorously developing local manufacturing services and supporting basic industries such as fully automatic balancing machines, providing support for the upgrading and transformation of China's rotary parts, rotary equipment, and manufacturing industries, reducing the dependence of related industries on imported equipment, is a key direction encouraged by the state for development, and is encouraged and supported by national policies and government departments at all levels. The fully automatic balancing machine is a key supporting equipment in the production process of high-precision rotary parts. Rotary parts are the core components of rotary equipment, belonging to basic industrial parts, with a wide range of applications and high industrial relevance.

Four key points you should know about a fully automatic balancing machine:

1. Rotor balance state and working state

Balancing machine is the detection and correction of the unbalance within a unit mass of the rotor, ensuring that the rotor reaches the minimum value of unbalance within the rotor mass range under the existing balancing machine technology conditions. Rotor dynamic balancing is the adjustment of the unit mass range of the rotor itself, and its accuracy is not related to the balance state. As long as the rotor is installed correctly, the equipment can be used with confidence.

2. Working speed and balance speed

Balance speed: The speed at which the balancing machine performs dynamic balance calibration. For rigid rotors, a lower speed should be selected as much as possible while ensuring accuracy. That is, the balancing machine can efficiently measure the unbalance of the rotor at the calibrated balance speed. The magnitude of the balancing speed is mainly related to the mass and shape of the rotor. Generally speaking, the larger the rotor mass, the lower the balancing speed, and it is not related to the working speed.

3. Balance speed and balance accuracy

A good balancing machine can accurately measure the magnitude of unbalance at lower speeds, rather than the higher the speed, the better the balancing accuracy. We will use different balancing speeds for rotors of different qualities and shapes to achieve high measurement efficiency and accuracy of the balancing machine.

4. Rotor mass and maximum load-bearing capacity of balancing machine

In the selection process of balancing machines, the rotor mass and the maximum load-bearing capacity of the balancing machine are key reference indicators. Different types of balancing machines will be selected for rotors of different qualities. The rotor quality is generally maintained at 25% -80% of the maximum load capacity of the balancing machine, and the balancing accuracy and efficiency of the balancing machine are good, with a long service life.
