After many new and old customers purchase a balancing machine, the operators arranged will encounter some problems. Even if our after-sales personnel have provided on-site guidance and teaching, there may still be situations where they cannot remember the operating steps. How to choose the weight and angle of a balancing machine? Now, the dynamic balancing machine technician will explain in detail the weight and angle issues of a balancing machine.
The existing balance machine does not require manual calculation of unbalance and angle. The calculation of weight and angle for dynamic balance measurement system has a calibration process, that is, calibration. For example, adding a known test weight at a certain weight position of the flywheel (usually default to zero degrees), the system collects and stores the vibration signal and speed signal of the flywheel with the known test weight. In the actual measurement process, the measurement result is obtained by comparing and analyzing the signal collected during measurement with the signal collected during previous calibration.
Generally, after a hard support balancing machine is calibrated once, it does not need to be calibrated again when measuring different workpieces, while soft supports require repeated calibration. If so, check if all parameter settings are correct and recalibrate. If you still have other problems, you can contact our customer service to make an appointment for after-sales debugging and repair.
