Daily maintenance and upkeep of the belt balancing machine

When correcting the imbalance of the workpiece, there may be unstable measurement values from the belt balancing machine. The reasons are as follows:

1. The transmission rod of the vibration sensor of the belt balancing machine is loose or the vibration is obstructed.

2. The loose plug or socket of the vibration sensor wire of the ring belt balancing machine causes signal obstruction.

3. The pushing force of the axial stop bracket of the belt balancing machine is too high.

4. The rotor shaft of the ring belt balancing machine has poor bending or circular jumping, and the smoothness is relatively poor.

5. Roller bearing ball wear or roller outer circle smoothness and circular runout exceeding tolerance.
