Safety operation of dynamic balancing correction motor rotor dynamic balancing machine

During the production process of motor rotors, due to various reasons such as uneven material, porosity or shrinkage in castings, errors in part weight and processing, etc., the rotor weight may be unbalanced. Therefore, after assembly, the rotor needs to be dynamically balanced and calibrated using a motor rotor dynamic balancing machine.

Dynamic balancing machine technician sharing: For motors above level six or rated speed of 1000 revolutions per minute or below, the rotor can only be calibrated for static balance, while the rotors of other motors need to be calibrated for dynamic balance. The operating procedures for motor rotor dynamic balance correction are as follows. Please bookmark them for both new and old users. We can customize special models of specialized balancing machines according to user needs. If you have any further questions related to dynamic balancing, please consult our customer service personnel.

1. Before work, tidy up the site, stabilize all parts and components, and check whether the assembly tools and working environment are safe and good.

2. When lifting large components such as motor frame, base plate, stator, rotor, bearings, etc., square boxes or wooden pads must be placed properly. It is strictly prohibited to operate under suspended objects, and close cooperation should be maintained with the crane operator and hook operator.

3. When balancing the motor rotor, it is necessary to follow the "Safety Operating Regulations for Dynamic Balancing Machines".

4. The front stator of the motor rotor must be placed steadily and firmly to prevent tipping.

5. Do not place shims while installing the bottom plate on the stator and bearing seat.

6. When using hand hammers and sledgehammers, a sturdy wooden handle with a metal wedge must be used. When hammering, it is strictly prohibited to wear gloves and pay attention to whether there are people in front and behind.

7. When drilling positioning holes, it is necessary to follow the "Drilling Machine Safety Operation Regulations". When using a portable drilling machine, it is necessary to place it steadily.

8. When cooperating with the experiment, it is necessary to closely contact the testing personnel and comply with the "Electrical Test Safety Operation Regulations". The oil stains around the test platform and motor should be wiped clean. The cross pit springboard, climbing frame, and up and down ladder must be installed firmly.

9. When using handheld electric tools, relevant safety regulations must be followed.

10. Flammable and explosive materials should be properly stored, not thrown or placed randomly, and it is strictly prohibited to approach fireworks or high temperatures.

11. When assembling the motor, fingers should not be placed in the gap between the end cover and the machine base to prevent injury when closing; When assembling screws, do not probe the hole with your fingers.

12. Wear gloves when hot fitting bearings to prevent burns.

13. When cleaning bearings with flammable materials, it is strictly prohibited to approach them with smoke or fire. The heating temperature of kerosene shall not exceed 60 ℃. The cleaning area must have good ventilation devices.

14. When installing the rotor, pay attention to the burrs on the keyway of the shaft pin to prevent fingers from being cut.

15. When assembling the motor and moving it onto the workbench, attention should be paid to the safety of surrounding personnel.
