During the production of motor rotor, due to various reasons, such as non-uniform casting pore or shrinkage, parts weight error and machining error, the rotor weight will be unbalanced. Therefore, the rotor should be adjusted by motor rotor dynamic balancing machine after assembly.

Huakezhi Creative Dynamic Balancer Technician Shares: For motors above grade 6 or rated speed below 1000 rpm, their rotors can only calibrate static balance, while other motor rotors need to calibrate dynamic balance. The operation rules for motor rotor dynamic balance correction are as follows, please collect them from old and new users. We can customize a special type of balancing machine according to the customer's needs. If you have more questions about dynamic balancing, please consult our customer service personnel.

1. Before work, clean up the site, stabilize the parts and components, and check whether the assembly tools and working environment are safe and good.

2. When lifting large components such as motor base, base plate, stator, rotor and bearing, square box or shim must be put in place. It is strictly forbidden to operate under suspended objects and should work closely with the operators and hookers.

3. When motor rotor is balancing, it is necessary to observe the Safe Operation Procedure for Dynamic Balancer.

4. The stator in front of the motor rotor must be placed smoothly, padded firmly and tightly against tipping.

5. It is not allowed to place side gaskets when installing base plate on stator and bearing seat.

6. Hand hammer and hammer must be used with solid wooden handle with metal wedge. Never wear gloves when hammering and watch out for people in front and behind.

7. When drilling locating holes, the drilling machine safety operation regulations should be observed. The removable drilling machine must be padded smoothly.

8. Keep close contact with the tester when cooperating with the test and observe the Safety Operation Procedure for Electrical Testing. Clean the oil around the test platform and motor. Cross-pit springboards, elevations and ladders should be securely installed.

9. Relevant safety regulations must be observed when using hand-held electric tools.

10. Flammable and explosive articles should be properly kept and not thrown about. Proximity to fireworks or high temperatures is strictly prohibited.

11. When the motor is assembled, the fingers can not be put into the gap between the end cover and the machine base to prevent puncture when closing. Never put your finger into the hole when fitting the screw.

12. Wear gloves when bearing is hot to prevent scalding.

13. Fire and smoke are strictly prohibited when cleaning bearings with inflammable materials. Kerosene heating temperature must not be greater than 60 degrees Celsius. Cleaning places must have good ventilation.

14. Pay attention to the burr of key groove of pivot pin when installing rotor to prevent finger from being cut.

15. Pay attention to the safety of the people around when assembling the motor to move or move onto the workbench.
