The micro rotor automatic positioning balancing machine can balance micro motor rotors weighing up to 5 kilograms with a diameter of 260mm. It is easy to operate and uses a servo drive device to achieve stepless speed regulation of parameters, allowing for smooth acceleration and deceleration. The fully automatic balancing machine is driven by a servo motor and can operate at any angle and speed. It can run continuously in the same direction for 360 degrees without the need for back and forth motion, reducing motion and improving component life.

1、 Verification requirements

The unbalanced mass applied to the left and right straightening surfaces of the dynamic balancing machine should correspond to the phase value indicated on the power box display screen, and the position should not exceed ± 3 °.

The unbalanced mass applied to the left and right calibration surfaces of the dynamic balancing machine should correspond to the mass displayed on the test screen, with an error not exceeding 2%.

2、 Verification method

1. Clean the workpiece before use, especially the rotor shaft, rollers, universal joints, and the diameter of the universal joints.

2. Adjust the distance between the two guide rails to accommodate the distance between the bearings at both ends of the standard rotor. After tightening the screws used for impact control of the universal joint, place the standard rotor on the two guide rails of the dynamic balancing machine and connect them together to prevent axial displacement of the universal joint rotor.

3. After connecting the main power supply of the dynamic balancing machine, power on the electric meter box. After opening the electrical measurement box, its model and version number will be displayed, and then the measurement box will automatically enter the self checking process according to the program. After completion, the "TEST" symbol will be displayed. If the internal operation of the electrical measurement box is normal and the connection between components is interrupted, the measurement box will enter the measurement process, otherwise the display will remain in the "TEsTE" position.

4. In the initial situation, the content of the storage unit is displayed on the screen: A: B: c, R1, R2 values, correction method, accent, multiplication, file number. If the standard rotor data is stored in a storage file, the file will be called and the measurement button will be pressed to enter the measurement process. If the standard rotor data is not stored in the storage file, it is necessary to enter the rotor standard data, then enter the measurement process and click 'reload' to measure.

After completing the above calibration, press the start button to rotate the rotor. The rotor time will be displayed in the measurement box. After multiple measurements in the memory, the measurement results will be automatically stored and reset. Record the measurement results. The magnitude and phase of the imbalance must comply with (1) and (2).

6. Apply an unbalanced mass of 2.5 g, 5 g, and 10 g on the left side of the adjustment surface, check if the instrument is correct, and whether the display on the inner box corresponds to the actual mass and quality stage.

7. Apply unbalanced mass on the correct calibration surface, measure and monitor whether the values displayed on the electrical box of the fully automatic balancing machine correspond to the phase and mass of the actual weight mass, and correct accordingly.
