1. The foundation for installing the balancing machine is uneven, the bottom joint surface is not fully padded, the anchor bolts are not tightened, or placed on the floor, causing resonance.
2. The support block of the dynamic balancing machine is severely worn or the roller jumping increases.
3. There is dirt at the support of the dynamic balancing machine, and no lubricating oil has been added.
4. There is a height difference between the left and right supports of the dynamic balancing machine, which causes the rotor to move left and right or the journal plane to rub against the supports.
5. The output signal of the dynamic balancing machine sensor is abnormal.
6. The fastening screws at the movable parts on the support frame are not tightened.
7. The drive belt of the balancing machine does not meet the requirements and has obvious seams.
8. The photoelectric head of the balancing machine is not aligned with the positive and negative light paper, causing the mirror surface of the photoelectric head to blur and the position of the photoelectric head to deviate, resulting in an angle deviation
2、 Reason for the workpiece
1. The requirement for correcting workpiece imbalance exceeds the minimum achievable residual imbalance capacity of the balancing machine itself, which means that the balancing accuracy of the balancing machine cannot meet the requirements for workpiece balance.
2. The roundness of the shaft neck at the support of the workpiece itself is poor, and the surface roughness is too low. The stiffness of the workpiece itself is poor, causing deformation and mass deviation during high-speed rotation, or there are unsecured parts of the workpiece that move or become loose during rotation.
3. The balanced rotor will exhibit significant vibration in actual use, which is not caused by the rotor's own imbalance, but by high-order harmonics generated due to the elliptical shape of the rotor support journal or differences in stiffness in the rotor structure, electromagnetic excitation induced vibration, the influence of eddy currents generated by the rotor with blades during rotation, and system resonance.
4. Frequent start-up of other devices connected to the power grid can cause power fluctuations and noise, or beat frequency interference due to the similar diameters of the support frame rollers and rotor shaft necks. The difference between the diameter of the roller and the size of the workpiece journal should be greater than 20%.
5. It may be due to the imbalance of the core shaft itself or the coaxiality error at the installation and support of the core shaft, as well as the clearance error between the core shaft and the rotor, which are used to verify the rotor without a journal, resulting in significant imbalance of the balanced rotor during repeated installation or use.
The actual working state of the rotor of the workpiece is inconsistent with the state during balance verification.
7. When correcting the unbalance of the workpiece rotor, the center of mass position of the weight added or removed deviates from the correction position displayed by the balancing machine measurement.
