Teach everyone how to clean the dynamic balancing machine

With the popularization and application of microcomputer technology, the development of balancing machines has entered a new era, and dynamic balancing machines have significantly improved in performance, accuracy, and operability. Dynamic balancing machines have been widely used in fields such as electric tools, machinery manufacturing, fans, motors, papermaking, textiles, household appliances, metallurgy, etc. But how to do a good job of daily cleaning of the balancing machine? During use, it is inevitable that dust will fall on it, which not only looks unsightly but also affects the performance of the machinery; The dynamic balancing machine technician will popularize the tips for cleaning the dynamic balancing machine for everyone.

The balance machine should be kept clean regularly, and the guide rail surface should be kept clean and regularly coated with oil for rust prevention. The surface of the support block or roller should be kept clean and free from iron filings, dust, and debris. Before each operation, the support block or roller and the rotor journal should be wiped clean and a small amount of lubricating oil should be added. When moving the support frame, the rotor should be rotated simultaneously or the left and right support frames should be moved at the same speed to avoid scratches and wear on the shaft neck and roller surface. It is never allowed to place the rotor on the roller frame for tapping or impact.

1. Keep the surface of the supporting connection part clean, carefully inspect and lubricate before work, and maintain good lubrication during operation.

2. The various parts of the rack have been adjusted before leaving the factory, and should not be disassembled randomly during use.

3. Add an appropriate amount of No. 30 engine oil to the lubrication area before each use, and clean and change the oil at each grease station once a year under a one shift system.

4. The locking mechanism should be able to reliably lock the swing frame. When releasing, it should completely leave the swinging part. The swing frame should only be released during measurement, and should be locked at all other times. The wheel frame should not move during locking.

5. It is not advisable to place the balanced parts on the rack for a long time outside of working hours.

6. The electrical box should be kept clean to prevent moisture.

When abnormalities are found during the use of the balancing machine that cannot be handled, the power should be cut off in a timely manner and the manufacturer's after-sales service should be notified.

The lens glass of the photoelectric head of the dynamic balancing machine should be regularly wiped clean with lens wiping paper or cloth to keep it clean. Do not use oily yarn or dirty cloth to wipe the mirror surface. Balancing machines are precision testing equipment and should be managed and operated by dedicated personnel.

An unbalanced rotor generates pressure on its supporting structure and the rotor itself during its rotation, leading to vibration; Therefore, dynamic balancing of the rotor is essential.
